A busy scene blinks, and every blink a sneaky magpie swaps one thing. You and your chat race to spot it and type its square, like C4. Then the heat map shows where everyone looked.

Sharp eyes win. Speed and gifts never do.
There are no points for speed, so stream delay never matters, and gifts only set off confetti after the picks close. Chat scores the average of everyone who picked.How to play
- Watch it blinkA busy scene flickers between two versions with a blink in between. Every blink, the magpie swaps one thing: it vanishes, moves, changes colour or turns round.
- Type the squareSpot the change and type its square, like C4. One pick and one change each. Spot on scores 100, a square touching it 30. Chat scores the average of all its picks.
- See where everyone lookedThe reveal shows a heat map of every pick, then rings the swap. Some rounds hide one odd thing in a crowd, and the final gives you ONE BLINK ONLY for double points.
Set it up in three steps
- Copy your OBS linkType your Twitch channel below and copy the link. It only reads your public chat and records nothing.
- Add a browser sourcePaste it into OBS, Streamlabs or Twitch Studio. 1920 × 1080 for landscape or 1080 × 1920 for portrait; the layout follows the size.
- Open the phone remotePhone remote support for SNEAKY SWAP is coming soon. Type your square in your own chat, or open the source’s Interact window in OBS and click the square (or type a letter then a number) so chat never sees it. Space skips, P pauses, M mutes.

Questions
How does chat answer?
Everyone types one square, like C4 or c4, with one change allowed. Words, links and names are ignored and never shown: only counts and the heat map appear on screen.
Is it hard on the eyes?
The scene blinks about once a second, well under the three flashes a second that accessibility guidelines warn about. Add &motion=reduced to the link to switch off the extra animation.
Can I play it without a stream?
Yes. Party mode puts SNEAKY SWAP on everyone’s phone with a shared TV screen, and the Daily is five scenes a day, the same for everyone.
Is SNEAKY SWAP finished?
It is new and in beta on Twitch. It reads your public chat and records nothing on our servers. We are still tuning the scenes and timings.
