Streamer terms
Version 2026-10-28. These terms are between you (the streamer) and FLUNG Live (flung.live), a sole trader business based at 128 City Road, London EC1V 2NX, United Kingdom. Questions: hello@flung.live.
1. The deal in plain English
- FLUNG is free to use. We charge a software fee of 3% of the gift value that goes through the game (lower at higher League tiers, and 2% for the first 100 founding streamers for their first year).
- You must be 18 or over, own the channel you register, and follow your platform’s rules. You’re responsible for your stream.
- FLUNG must be used live, by a present streamer. No unattended or looping streams.
- Viewers get status only: ranks, leaderboards and the Hall of Fame. Never offer cash, prizes or giveaways for gifts during FLUNG, and never ask for gifts on repeat.
- You can stop any time by emailing us. Fees for gifts that went through the game before you stopped are still due.
2. What “gift value” means
Gift value is our estimate of what you earn from a gift, based on each platform’s published creator share. It is not what the viewer paid. We estimate low on purpose and round down.

Only gifts received while your own FLUNG overlay is running and recording count. Gifts outside the game never count. A single gift above £500 of value is capped at £500 and reviewed.
3. Billing
- You save a card with Stripe when you activate. We never see or store your card number.
- We charge your card automatically as your fee builds: once it reaches £50 at any time, £10 at the daily run, or £1 in the Monday sweep. Each charge lists the gift value it covers, and every gift is billed once.
- Without a working card, an account can owe up to £20 before the game pauses. If a payment fails, we email you and Stripe retries; after 48 hours unpaid, the game pauses until it’s paid.
- FLUNG is not currently VAT registered, so no VAT is added. If that changes, we’ll give you 30 days’ notice by email before any VAT applies.
- Think a charge is wrong? Email us within 60 days. We check it against the gift ledger and refund any error.
4. Your channel and your overlay link
- You prove the channel is yours by typing your verification code in its chat. Gifts are only counted, and fees only charged, after that.
- Your private overlay link contains a secret key. Keep it private. If you think it has leaked, email us and we’ll issue a new one.
5. Founding offer
The first 100 streamers to activate get a 2% fee for 12 months from activation. After that, normal League rates apply.
6. Changes and ending
- We’ll email you at least 30 days before any change to fees or these terms takes effect. If you don’t agree, you can stop using FLUNG before then.
- We may pause or close an account that breaks these terms or a platform’s rules, or that we reasonably believe is being misused.
7. Liability
FLUNG is provided as is. We don’t control TikTok, Twitch or YouTube and aren’t responsible for their decisions about your account. Our total liability to you is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that can’t be limited by law.
8. Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
